Joseph Gulla has been working in IT since 1979 when he got his start as a COBOL programmer. Over the course of his career, he has worked as a systems programmer, project manager, consultant, manager and developer of offerings and program products for IBM and other employers.
At present, he is a technology thought leader and participates in IT projects focusing on the intersection of technology and business.
